An email was sent out to AIGS's database enabling them to access an online event registration component where they could choose which sessions they would like to attend on the day. This information, along with detailed statistics of the email campaign were captured. We could then determine who had registered as well as following up with those who had not registered. We also captured who had not opened the mail and even the click through ratio on the email. In addition AIGS's client database had full control over their campaign subscription.
